Did you download ROOT for the first time ?
I would suspect two reasons of your problem:

- you used Netscape to download file and it screw the
file name. As result WinZip could not detect the type
this file
Please check the name of the file you got against
of the original name on ROOT Web site.

- you used the obsolete version of WinZip.
Upgrade your version of WinZip.
