the major advantage of cint is that it connects the benefits of
interactive development with the possibility to compile the code with
a mature compiler afterwards. cint is more than just another spiffy
script-language.
thus, it should be a cardinal virtue for cint to be ansi-compliant.
( i understand that achieving compliance this is a quite difficult task
- there is currently no compliant c++ compiler. )
