If so, Fons Rademakers can answer your question.
If not, that means you are only interested in CINT to drive some GUI lib,
you can use WildC++ which is a combination of Tcl/Tk and CINT. Please read
lib/wintcldl/README.txt in that case. (I guess this may not be the case)
