Hi,

a user here at GSI reported the same problem, with the special point:

Allthough h2root gives this strange warning, it worked on AIX and it =
crashed
on Linux (V220).

Betreff: h2root and large Hbook

Greetings,

I have a large ntuple file (~130 MB) that I want to convert to root =
using
h2root. What I get is a simple:

--

RZOPEN. problems determining record length - trying EXCHANGE mode. Converting directory //example Converting RWN with ID=3D 313, nentries =3D 416

*** Break *** floating point exception Abort

--

I must admit I may not have set LRECL to a big enough value.

Is there still a way people know of getting the job done?

Thanks,

Matt Dayon
