Documentation in postscript format

Hi,
Is there a way to automatically build a documentation of all the classes
in a Postscript format ? Something like THtml does, but suitable for
printing. I noticed the ROOT Classes document on the Availability pages
but since it refers to a very old version, I suppose the answer to my
question is "not yet". How was this document generated at that time ?
