Constructor for TVector doesn't work

Hello ROOTer's

just a simple question:

Root > TVector foo(1,3,0.0,1.0,1.5,"END");

*** Break *** segmentation violation

This is the example given in the HTML documentation of class TVector.
Does anybody know why this doesn't work?
