I had the same problem, you just have to remove the TPaveVar.cxx from
the make-macros file since everything is declared in GPAD_PaveVar.cxx.
Same thing for TREE_TreeViewer.cxx, which is in fact already written in
GPAD_TreeViewer.cxx.

This is an error and Fons already fixed it in their dev version
