TGX11::WriteGIF()

My impression is that if you print multiple canvases as GIF files you get a
problem if the sizes of the canvases differ.

I printed first a portrait style canvas and after that a landscape formed
one. In the second GIF-file right of the width of the first canvas
the left side of the canvas is repeated.

I suppose this happens because of the static variable "first" in
TGX11::WriteGIF() which cannot be reset.

Thanks,
Hartmut
