bug or Delta CC compiler?

Dear roots!
I wrote a simple program(not a macro) which performed some operations to
histograms and plotted them. It compiled and run on Linux fine!

On IRIX5.3 CC (Delta compiler) it complained in <TH1:Add> about
histograms having different binning (and they did not).
Then I erased all *.o files and recompiled and I can't reproduce
the same error. It plots all empty histograms.

Did anyone have any problems with CC on Irix?
maybe I should forget about using root on sgi and run it only on linux.
