  I think we need some "formal" rule for the proposed contribution 
area.
   For example:
   I hope we have quite a lot of Windows NT users of ROOT too. 
Therefore for the sake of them the "contribution" must (???) be 
checked with two different platforms (at least). I mean one UNIX 
brand and Windows NT and contains the makefile (s) for both of them.
   Of course it would be for the best to provide "examples" / 
"tutorials" "html" and "test" altogether (otherwise the link to URL 
from ExApplication is provided).
  Any idea ?
